Hi guys I'm thinking of getting some wheel spacers for my 182 but am wondering which size to fit front and rear some advice would be great cheers

Are you looking at keeping the wheels? I'd personally go with a different offset (lower than current) wheels so you dont need spacers imo.
But if you are decided on wanting spacers, 16mm front, 10 ish rear.

Don't really have the coin for a new set of alloys but if I did what offset would remove the need for the spacers?

What's the standard offset?

An interesting combination of 182 Cup shocks (the ones with 60mm bottom bolt hole spacing ), & hubs with 84mm o/d,40mm i/d & 38mm width bearings to match the 60mm shocks, along with 43.5mm offset rims from a standard spec 182.

Extra weight? Is a phase 2 182 heavier than a phase 2 172? Put the 172 cup shocks on cos they had the correct hub bolt spacings

172 CUPS are around 80kg lighter than other variants purportedly.

No PH2 variants actually shared front shocks or springs.
As I have no actual technical specs, I would not wish to speculate if the 172 CUP front shocks 8200681108 are a preferable fitment to original 182`s 8200681119 on a 182.
Realistically, anything new is going to be better than tired out old kit with 90k miles on it.

All that lot has gone straight over my head! Although I'm not using standard springs I'm using h&r springs does that make a difference
