182 wheel

[Brummie]

Can anyone tell me whether a 182 wheel goes in the boot of a 182??

The reason behind the question is ive kerbd 1 of the wheels & i would like to use the damaged 1 as a spare.

It should fit in the boot but not in the spare wheel well because your exhaust is in the way. Ive karted a spare about in my boot easily.

the wheel fit in the boot just

ive got a extra 182 wheel in the boot now

because of a coming together with a coach

it was only a bit scracthed so i kept it as a spare getting a nice cover made for it at work soon

how much did it cost you for a new wheel? Had to swerve to avoid a mad man in a jeep yesterday and slightly kerbed one of my wheels. thought what you were doing was good idea.

the wheels IIRC are £115 ish

ive had one in my boot for about 5 months (due to a pot hole) but it does take up a lot of room so i have now moved to a rover space saver and the space in the boot now is a lot better. BTW i had to machine out the centre bore to get it to fit correctly

Do a search for refurb and get Freds number and get him to refurb the wheel for you.
