the 182 wheels with a better looking than 172s.
but the track of 182 has been widened by 12mm at the front and by 16mm at the rear.
the offset of 182 wheels maybe different form 172s.

182s front wheel hub carriers are equipped with larger diameter bearings. so the PCD maybe different too.

the new wheel may not fit to 172 in my opinion.

Theyre most likely "dummy" bolts and you either pop the cap off or only undo one...
