A panel filters just a replacement for the normal paper filter you have as standard . Take the old paper filter out and drop the new filter in .

An k+n cone filters aren't crap as some people believe . If you have an open induction kit you risk losing some power due to heat soak from the engine bay . Mines enclosed in a custom made aluminium housing and definitely doesn't lose any power .

You could also consider the igt maxogen or bmc kits .

cheers,right carbon fibre etc who sells where do i get?

demon tweeks or peter lloyd rallying usually cheaper they claim up yo 10 bhp on average they come with a direct cold air feed as standard, a good panel filter is the same as standard eg goes in standard airbox but is of better quality pipercross and k&n make em :)
