197 Boot lid wiring gremlins

Got issue with my 197 just tryna Sus the problem, no power to the tailgate lock, button or wiper motor. ,Brake light seems to be illuminating when pressed, any common faults? I've checked the fuses at the left hand side of steering wheels and the plugs onto they bcm/uch seems okay, I've done a continuity test from the main plug which goes back to the plugs in too boot lid and all okay , so I assume it's up front somewhere... Not sure where to go from here. Is there any common areas it rubs or anything as such? Suppose to be going for MOT soon but car is in bits! 🙄🙄🙄 Thanks.

There is a fuse box in the engine bay and its a c0ck to get too.

Its under the secondary air intake in the top right corner to the right of the battery.

You need to strip it all out and open it up.

How typical! It's fixed now took the cowling off from around the steering wheel turns out there's more fuses than you can get to!!!
