197 f1 cup engine light flashing

Hi guys

just wondering if anyone has had a problem with engine light flashing for about 20 seconds then going off this happens maybe once a week ? Is there a solution or should I take it to a garage ?

Lambda related... its a guess but have it plugged in. I bet the heater is shagged in the sensor
