197 front splitter removal/re fit

Car  CLIO 197 Ultra red
the front splitter (standard rubber type) looks a bit misshapen in places, as if it has hit a speed bump etc

can these be straightened out?

iirc they pull off and then can be refitted. mines been like it since it rolled out the factory, never bothered fixing it.
