Unless anyone can recommend any better for the same price and not sure how to fit the bloody thing! Can any doughnut like me fit these things????

Mate in all honesty I wouldnt bother unless you just want the sound!! My IK and all the work with it cost me nearer £300 and only made 2.5BHP!!

Have read a few things on here about just removing the air filter lid just a bit worried about damaging the engine? Thoughts

Would just like a bit more of a grunt!

But it sounds better/Faster! 300£ pahhh! Try a Gruppe M at 1200! Safe to say i'll be stayin with a Panel filter.

If you want noise then take the top off, for grunt Im guessing more power?? For what it costs to actually get any power from what is alreayd a good airbox set up I wouldnt bother I would look else where!!

Na just a bity more noise to be honest Will try taking top off and see how sounds! Just bit worried about damaging the engine!

it wont do nothing to the engine wot so ever, make it sound more throaty on acceleration

I've been running with it off for circa 3 months, its all good tbh.

If I could get enough people interested I could probably get a a proper kit together for the 197 for a setup like kevs.
