as i posted on clio197... my R27 had a rusted subframe but Renault decided to replace the seat too... now my old seat wasn't wanted by Renault so it went free to one of the other mechanics/service staff (not sure as everyone was battling for it)... i wouldn't be surprised if this is a similar story which is why it is the passenger seat only - looking at the pictures it seems to have rust marks just like my old one, i'd wager good money this seat has been replaced under warranty - shame it's not a pair though as it is cheap!
