19's into a Clio, (does it go?).

I have a Clio les Routieres, 1995, 3 door and the seats have been vandalised and am looking to replace them, (obviously). Have spotted some 'leather' seats and the piece in bold below, is part of the ad:-

The leathers were removed from a 3 door Renault 19 1.8 16v (L-Reg), but will fit all Renault 19's from 1989 - 1996. With a little modification, these can be made to fit the Mark 1 Clio's (1991 - 1998).

Can anyone lead me in a direction to find out how to adapt them to fit a Clio; I believe that it's just a matter of cutting the back panel, but this sounds too easy.

They sure will. I have the leather from the 19 in my valver. Comfy too!

Very nice bradus, it's just that I'm in the Midlands and the ones I'm looking at, are just up the road.
Does anyone know how to modify them?
