I followed a guide which uses CS3 but i'm not sure if i have done it right??

What you think guys?

Thats not HDR,just looks really saturated and contrasty. High Dynamic Range basically means you get detail in all areas, so the sky would have clouds, the interior of the car would be well exposed and the shadows in the grill, tires and under the car would all have detail. The CS3 HDR automator is crap. Do it manually in CS3 with layer masks and bracketed exposures, if you know how or photomatix which is free trial.

Yeah like said it lacks details in the sky, dunes and shadows. Still looks alright, but not really HDR. That Photomatix program seems to work quite well I think. It's not easy to get right, but keep trying cos I love them when they work!

To be honest I don't think the image you've chosen lends itself well to HDR. Still, good attempt at 'fake' HDR and a very nice looking motor too.

Aye, i've got some i've done myself too, but not uploaded them yet.

Get some sunset pics, they always turn out best.

I don't really know anything about hdr so can't comment on that as I have no idea, but it's racing blue so it still looks good to me!
