my sony head unit has only one blue wire remote connection to the amp. Is it possible to split this wire to connect with two amps? if not how do i go about connecting to ams to this one remote?

yeah its simple you just crip a ringterminal with another length of wire to the end.

Screw the ring terminal to the 1st amp then crimp another ring terminal to the piece of wire and screw that to the second amp.

You are basically just chaining the remote signal down to all your amps.

With power cable you need to have a fuse for each amp, so my advice would be to run 4 guage down to the boot, then have a fused block and 8 gauge going to each amp.
