2-channel Hi Fi / audiophiles?

I sold up all my AV garbage and am now a purist. My system is like a 'Cup'

Any others?

Mark, your Micro system rocks, all speaker placement in the corner isn't ideal.

Was into it a few years ago but havent upgraded anything recently. Got Cambridge Audio amp and CD player and mission floorstanding speakers bi-wired, with a Sony QS range DVD/SACD player. Sounds good and was a fairly good mid-range system then, but stuff has evolved and you can get some excellent gear for not alot of money now. I wanted to upgrade to Cyrus everything and Quad bookshelf speakers but then the car got in the way....

w00t, I've got some Cyrus stuff, but I wouldn't partner it with the new Quad bookshelf speakers that are well-reviewed - far too bright a combo.

yep

got me a creative labs x-fi sound card going to a cambridge audio amp running a set of mordaunt short speakers

also got a ghetto maplins amp running a set of kef cresta 10's

might up grade to 2.1 soon though
