Saw a clio 200 blue going up towards thomas beckett pub from west worthing crossing

And saw a clio 172 coming from thomas beckett pub going down to worthing..

Was the 172 Monaco Blue?

If so, they guy's a bit of a tool, drove up the ass of my Ignis last time I saw him and he's made of cast iron so doesn't need to ever wear a seatbelt.
