2 or 3 year warranty

the 172 is an 02 plate imported. This means a 2 year warranty. However, a friend has give me a copy of a letter stating that any renault registered after 2000 will have a 3 year, IF imported from within the EU. I didnt realise they made renaults outside the EU. Any ideas where? However, that tip could work for some of you imports so make sure you double check cause they extended my mates from a 2 to a 3 year.

same boat as me mate, as long as its still within its 2year warrenty if you send of a copy of the service book to show its been serviced properly a utility bill to show your adress and the original invoice they will add the third year fo free, ring renault uk for full details

what if you havent got the original invoice, i bought it 3rd hand.

Give Renault Uk a call they will be able to tell you.

Send them that invoice, mine was second hand and they accepted it
