You will struggle unless you have a specialist near by.

I get mine (meguiars unigrit 2500 & 3000) from tinterweb.

Make sure you get Unigrit Stryker as they are the most uniform out of the w&d. Dont buy the cheap s**t from Halfrauds or local motorfactors as you will probably cause more damage.

TBH I wouldnt use it on a clients car if defect correcting thats for sure

Probably be best to mate or pop to your local body shop and see if they will sell you a cpl of sheets for £1

Sorry to hijack, but quic question on wet and dry:

Can you use wet and dry to sand down a stone chip that has been dobbed with touch up pen and not affect the paint surrounding the chip??

Will be very tricky to be honest...............infact impossible lol

Do you know anyone with a PC or Rotary?

If not and you go carefully with some 3000g you should be able to hand polish out any marks inflicted to the surround area

Mmmm, dont want to do any more damage, tbh its the lacquer thats gone on top of the touch up that stands out most, apart from that they look okay.

Would a good old buff with scratch x get the lacquer layer down flat?

To answer your question, no dont know anyone with a pc or rotary. Wish i did, can anyone recommend anyone in the southeast near Croydon??

You could give the old scratch-x a try but failing that get over to www.detailingworld.co.uk I'm sure someone over there with a PC will happily give you a hand for the price of a beer.
