2001 172 headlight Dust & Condensation!!

recently bought a 172 and the nearside headlight (xenon) has got condensation in it. Quite annoying, but anyone know how to sort this?

Also, as a side note, both the headlights seem to have dust in them which looks gash. anyone know how this happens, or how I sort it ?
