2001 clio ph2 1.6 16v weird idle problem

  Renault clio II 1.6
Hello. I have a idling problem on my clio. Engine code is k4m 744. When engine is hot idle drops to somewhere between 450-550 rpm and jerks alot (see video). Cold starting does not work as intended either as the idle after cold starting is 900-1000rpm. The car runs well when accelerating. Can jerk sometimes when cruising under 1400rpm. The car is not throwing any fault codes.

What ive done with the car:
New sparkplugs
New ignition coils
New map sensor
New intake temp sensor
Both o2-sensors are new
Cleaned crankshaft position sensor
New intake manifold gaskets
New throttlebody o-rings
New air filter
Cleaned throttle body
Have checked timing with the proper tools and its in spec.
Have tried to do a battery reset after changing everything, made no difference.

Has anyone had the same problem and how did you fix it?

I had bad idling issues where the car was almost stalling at traffic lights, etc - and replacing both exhaust sensors fixed the issue. As you've said that they have already been done - that's now unlikely.

Do you know if they were branded items or something else?

Maybe I’m going deaf in my middle age, but that sounds ok?
Its quite hard to hear on the video but its very jerky in real life, almost feels like its trying to strangle itself. Anyone familiar with how the electronic throttle bodies. Should they move and adjust the idle or do they just lay on the ”limp mode” spring whete the flap is not completely closed
