2002 1.2 16v extreme clio top mounts

hi people just a quick one my driver side top mount has gone and just wondered what i need to replace it, searcging about and so much different things on ebay, like these.

some are saying comes with just a bearing and no rubber, im a bit confused

i've just taken the suspension leg completly off and the rubber moves side to side, there is a nut and washer holding this on, am i right in saying dont undo this as its under spring tension, and that the bearing has gone and this is the part i need http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-Renau...trut-Top-Mount-Mounting-Bearing-/221209624013
