I'm currently trying to fix a problem with the central locking on the front passenger door of my 2002 Clio Dynamique 1.2 16v. The door locks/unlocks fine using the key manually, but when using the central locking via the key fob, the door only locks/unlocks approximately 90% of the time. There is no 'click' sound from the door when it fails. All other doors work exactly as expected.
I've tried replacing the entire locking mechanism (solenoid and physical lock) as replies on similar topics seem to suggest that the solenoid is the most likely cause, however this hasn't fixed the issue.
Any ideas for what I could try next would be gratefully received!
