I own a 2003 Clio, and for a while now I have encountered problems starting the car; specifically, on regular occasions, the engine turns over fine but doesn't fire. Sometimes it starts first time, sometimes it takes 2,3,4 or even 5 go's. I had a friend look at it 2 weeks ago, they changed the spark plugs and looked over filters and said it all seemed ok. Since then, everything has been great, no problems at all; however, yesterday, the problems returned, and now sometimes the engine starts, but cuts out, even if i apply gas. Any ideas? I know it isn't an immobilizer problem, but could it be something else electrical related?
Help would be much appreciated.
