2003 Clios & 2004 Clios

Ive got a 1.6 16v Black 2004 clio and i went to renault to ask them if i could put a 172 bodykit on it. They said they didnt know because the 2004 shape is slightly a touch different to the 172. I could get a 182 bodykit and put a 172 rear bumper onto my car because im not a fan of the 182 twin exhaust pipes. That means I have to wait until about march until they hit the 182 hits the showroom in Enfield (middlesex), so they can get the part numbers off the 182 aswell off my car and see if all the parts can fit.

Would you say this is the bast way for me to go about getting a 172 bodykit onto a 2004 clio? What would you recommend

172 stuff will fit no bother!! its a guess but id put alot on it mate!! was there much difference in price from a 172 to a 1.6?? 1.6 must be about 11k - 12k no??? 172 is 14k?? will cost you about 2k to put the 172 stuff on!!

nah i get the part numbers from renault of what i need and my dads mate who owns a car bodyshop will fit it on my car for a very good price. plus he owes my old man a few quid anyway. handy init?

isnt the bodykit on the 182 the same as the 172. its just the rear bumper thats different with the twin exhauts??

You can pick up a 172 for 11K now ...

Yep and in the dealeship round by me still asking 14k for there 172 in the showroom and the yr old model outside is stil up for £12.6k

I couldnt stop laughting when I saw it.
