2004 clio ( service and airbag light on) not usuall problem

I've tryed the dashboard fault finding test on my clio
where you hold the trip computer button on the wiper stalk
looked thru at petrol level and if there was any faults

as I've turned the car off and back on the airbag light and service light has cum on

on never done it before and I've check the plugs under the seats both don't wobble and are tight fitting so dusnt look a problem

if anyone has any ideas what is the problem I would appersiate it

Try turning the airbag on and off on passenger side door

The plugs can look spot on, feel tight and still be broken!

I've tryed messing about turning passenger airbag off still nothing and I find it strange for the plugs to be the problem the car wasn't moved nether did I sit in or move the seat... It wasn't on first time I started the car, did the dashboard test then the light magically cums on... is there anything I can spray into the plugs eg wd40 or carb cleaner to help connection

Thanks guys for the advise.. Have fixed the problem

the drivers seat was fully adjusted in height with the leaver on the left of the seat I've retuned it to the lowest setting and guess what the light has gone out... Cums back on if I lift it back up so its gotta be stretching the wire

See, plugs! I always end up sorting them at some point on every one I've owned.
