2005 clio 1.2 spring

Hi guys new to the form just got my daughter a Clio for her first car . its been lowered 40 mm .she say its to low but it looks well is there such a thing as 25 mm springjust one more thing is the head lights bulbs held in with springs or they with a clap cheers.
