2008 Clio, drivers side window not working properly

Can anyone help?

My drivers side windows is broken, when I push the switch the windows goes down a couple of CMs and then stops, i have to keep pushing the switch for it to go all the way down. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem as it is a bit annoying.
