2door front seats

hey both of my front seats wont go back anymore they was stiff wen moving forward the thing u lift up or push down i forget which way but they both have made a snap noise and now dont work properly any ways of fixen them ?? ? ?

Yep the cable has broke send me a Pm with your email address and when i'm home on the 23 or so I'll email you the file showing what broke.
