3/4 front plate, too small?!

ive finally got round to putting my private reg on the 182. i got a 3/4 front plate made up and in my opinion its smaller than everyone elses 3/4's on here

what do you think?

Be prepared to be stopped by the fuzz, no doubt! Looks cool though

Looks fine. I had one on my Sx and Clio and never got pulled.

i got it from a local motorbike shop gareth lol, a guy on here who lives nr me recommended i go there as he used to work there. got the 3/4 front and a normal back for £15 or £20 i think about 3 months ago

I've only been pulled once for mine in over a year. £30 fine. Had to remove it, but its back on now though, and no problems with it since. Passed MOT etc.

its not gaz cos yours hangs off the bottom of the reg plate area on the bumper, mine doesnt even fill it

Chris, Where did you get your plate from?

I was looking on ebay and they are selling 12 x 3 plates, i'm guessing thats the right size.

Anni, yours isn't a 3/4 plate. It's too short, making it much more noticeable. I reckon your more likely to get stopped.

the white screw cap covers are also between the A and the 8 to balance out

i keep the original in the boot with some sticky pads, if the police stop me i can at least try and blag it and put the usual one on. it looks a bit smaller than my 3/4 does though
