3 point harness recommendations

I am getting a cobra suzuka seat and need to choose a 3 or 4 point harness.

I assume 3 point is OK for road use?

Is this one OK?

Unfortunately it is just the drivers seat that I will be able to do. Which will leave me with three seats, driver and two passengers(one rear and one front)

I wont get the big weight loss - but better driving position, a new steering wheel and a bit less weight is worth it.
