3 points and Insurance

Dont you just love the police! Got pulled and 3 points on sat for speeding on the motorway whilst going to see a willy for sale!

1. Do i have to tell my insurance company ive now got the points? (Tescos)

2. How much will it effect my insurance when i re-new my policy?

well mine is going up about 90 on my renewal with tesco i didnt tell them straight away but i think your supposed too

Nah fair play to him i was in the wrong! Undercover car and clocked an average speed of 92.4mph! I honestly dont think i was goin that fast though but i cant argue as ill probs lose my licence! Damn the 6 points in the first two years rule!

when i crashed my car Adrian Flux said that I hadnt told them about my points, but i knew for a fact that i had! i had no proof and they froze the claim until i coughed up £150!

I got done last sept and was told by my insurance company that i need to send them a copy of the paper bit of my liscense before my renewal date and that for a first offence it wont make a difference!!

Im in the same boat as you thou, my 2 years is up in August so i have to try to stay out of trouble for another 5 months Its hard in the Willy powered beast thou!

my renewals up soon. will be 20 years old this time round... but with 3 points, a ban, and a claim to my name! currently is £1300 FC, whats THAT gonna be at renewal???
