30mm drop on my clio trophy 182

  RS 182 TROPHY (T4 PHY)
Iv just ordered some -30mm springs for my 182 trophy (apologies i dont know what make they are)

After reading some posts from different people on here im completely confused as to what i actually need. I asked the man at Sanspeed whats the LOWEST i can go without comprimising being able to have 5 people in the car and the wheels rubbing out the arches etc

He looked in book and recommended a -30mm spring. :S

He will remove my trophy springs (which i will put up for sale if anyone interested on here) and slam in the -30s

What i want to know is FROM EXPERIENCE can anyone tell me if its gonna make a visible difference what so ever compared to how it was sitting on the standard black multispoke trophy wheels.

Feedback would be much appreciated as i havent got money to be wasting by not getting it right first time

PS i will take before and after pics and post on here for anyone else who has same dilemma etc :)

Will make a visible difference, but I would only let a proper specialist touch the standard suspension on a trophy. Personally would be contacting MarkFish

As above. He's the only guy I know of with plenty of experience playing with trophy suspension.

Be really careful not to take one of the best handaling cars and turn it into a lump of lard.

I'd only go to Mark Fish.

The springs on the Trophy are matched to the Sachs shocks I believe and just fitting some random springs is not going to do anything but cause problems.

As has been suggested Mark Fish does some specific springs for the Trophy and I'd speak to him before wasting your money.
