3d scanning?

Anyone know anything about this, costs, where it can be done etc? Have some small items that I want replicated, no idea where to start. Most websites etc seem more commercial focused.

It is very expensive!
We ended up getting into some reverse engineering stuff, £600+ for even a small part was the norm.

Next time I see the metrology guy who comes into our work I'll see if he'd do it as a foreigner for you.
