So it's decided it wants to turn off all the time and generally not working properly.

Anyone else had this?

A guy here at work ran over his with his fork-lift truck. I think that displayed similar symptoms.

Mine switches off if I phone people for about 7 mins.

Mine did the same, battery only lasted an hour max and would crash at random, it was old. Recycle it for £100 and get a new one.
