3rd gear problems

ok simple question, only had my clio a few weeks & i get a little grind if i change from 2nd to 3rd quickly, under normal driving its fine,

SO

is this a syncro problem or is the poor thing in need of an oil change?

2004 dci 100.

any one have the same problem?

my 172 has the same problem. Apparently there is something in there that is made from plastic instead of metal. Gearbox oil change makes a big difference but then it will come back,

i think the synchros ; and i thought they were made of copper ? (soft metal)
