4 Point Harnesses in 197

Anyone done it? If so what were the rear mounting points?

I'm guessing you would use the mounting points that the standard belts used?

I've only seen 3 point harnesses used in the 197 so far, can you run 4 points with like 3 points? I.e. 2 straps to one point.
