4 port usb hub drivers

so i bought a 4 port usb hub from ebay for my laptop , no driver disk came with it so i thought it would be ok as windows would sort that out for me ( xp ) but i was wrong as windows do not recognise the device so now i have t try and look for a driver of a product that has no brand etc on it , please help.

Mine doesnt recognise it till you actually put another device on to it i think.
