Scenic RX4 (approx 2000-2004)

or winding the clock back even further, there was a Reno 4 from circa 1965!

I reckon the only way you'll do it is by a complete drivetrain change - engine, gearbox, props, shafts, the works.

You might be able to modify the rear suspension/drivetrain from the V6 to accept input from a propshaft from the front, but by 'eck, it'd be one hell of a job...

mmmm but it could be done, i do have lots of time,

the only propblem is that the engine needs to stay!

its either this or i run elastic bands from the driveshafts to the rear wheels!

Hmmm, there may be an option.

From what i remember, the Clio chassis is also shared with the Modus. Nissan used the Modus chassis to make the latest Nissan Cube, sold in japan.

The Cube is available with 4wd.

Its pretty tenuous i know, but it may just work...

Interesting idea, but why not just get a road going Sadev 6 speed sequential box, road legal slicks and proper suspension setup? I couldn't put power down on mine properly without the suspension setting up and realise you'll have a much bigger problem, but the 6 speed with LSD/ATB (whichever it uses) should be okay?

im gona have a look tonite at the space for anoter engine in the boor, so far i can imagine the petrol tank being the only issue
