40k service

Hi guys, due my 40k service, I had cambelt, aux belt, coolant, dephaser,spark plugs and a 12 k service done at jms in 2011. I'm aware I need to do my pads and discs. Anything else I should be expecting to get done, no driving issues that I am aware of. Thanks.

What car is this for?

the intervals are normally 12k on 1*2 so not sure where 40k fits in to be honest. Has it been serviced since you had belts done?
