4pk harmonic balancer?

Got to say pass? Why not just run the normal one? Won't be much of a weight difference o wouldn't of thought?

Want the Pure aircon delete kit, like machined stuff so want to go lightweight, but want to keep the harmonic balancer.
would it be safe to run a 4pk belt on the oem 6pk balancer?
I wouldn't have thought so, the edge ribs are taller to stop the belt skipping a rib I think.

What are you worried about happening with the pure pulley? I dont think they would sell something thats going to make your engine self destruct surely?

Imo theharmonic balancer is there to do a job.
As I have standard internals I'd rather have it dampen any vibration in the necessary rev range.
I'd use the pulley only with balanced internals.
