Anyone have 52mm Coilovers or know where to get them from? Or how do I go about making 58 fit?

Thanks in advance peoples!

Vmaxx do 52mm coilovers for £399,

rokkor do coilovers for aprox £150 in 58mm,

a set of 58mm hubs cost about £30 for a pair at a scrappie

I'm going to look into it but it could be expensive, now wondering whether springs would be ok on it lol

Not much work mate,
Remove 32mm hubnut
Loosen top nut and wheel nuts,
Jack up and take wheel off,
Loosen the TX45 screws locating the disc, and remove the brake calliper by removing the 18mm bolts (make sure you add copper grease when refitting
Remove 17mm pinch nut and bolt (could be worth replacing them)
Remove the 17mm bolt from the track rod and remove it (hammer might be needed)
Use a long bar a lever the balljoint out of the hub via the wishbone,
Removed the 18mm nut and bolt that join the shocks to the hub and remove the hub (make sure the driveshafts are loose from the hub and don't pull out when removing the hub! (Hammer might be needed)

Take the weight of the shock while removing the topnut and remove the shock assembly,

Reassemble in reverse order but push the hub into the balljoint first!

Make sure you're careful with the balljoints and rod ends as they can be easily damaged,

And the rears are interchangable between all mk2 (except the v6)

  a low one
Yeah changing the hub isnt too hard mate, had to replace mine a couple of weeks ago, took about 40mins or so off and on.

its cheaper to do than buy 52mm coilies
