Just a quick question. When you hit the 5k rpm band in your 182, does your exhaust throw out a sh*t load of exhaust fumes? Lol i can see it in my rear view mirror, its that much....

Yeh that happens to me aswell mate.

Shouldnt happen when its warm. Completely normal from cold though.

yeah mine doesn't do it when it warm (after about 30-40 min). the last time it did it was when i went on a spirited drive when we had that very cold weather.

Could it just be blowing a load of water out of the back box (I know they collect loads unless driving a decent distance each day) once the exhaust gasses are travelling fast enough?

Yeah its how the exhaust is fitted. It will collect water in the back box. Especially if you park it say on an inclined drive. Then when it comes on cam voila condensation. As long as it isn't blue dont worry about it
