Changing to Oz Audio Me12's and an OZ 2000.1 (which is pretty much a solid 2500) so 2400wrms

i think it was taylor that sed i will need 2 amps...i have a 6 channel which wil power the 15" and then ive got the mono amp to power the 2 10"s...... i think i wil giv it a go myself!!

MDF is the worse thing to make boxes from. The glue that holds the wood particles together in the munufacturing process, contains formaldahide. When MDF gets warm as it will in a car, it gives off fumes. Not enought to gass you, but it will rot the cones on your speakers.

My old kicker 12"sub/amp/halfrauds sub box and wires cost me less than that!! And it gave a healthly 138db from just the one sub!

i thought that as they are not your normal shapes that i will need to get them built....

but if people think its better to just buy the vertical boxes ill do that!...
or if its going to be quite easy to mod the bought ones to get the shape im after

on more expensive set ups, you need specificly sized boxes to allow for port tuning and volume etc these cant be bought off the shelf.

If you want a trip up to Welenborough then RMD Audio can sort you out.

They did my install, wood, fibreglass, leather etc.

Not guna tell you how much I paid tho ad Iv had the whole car done (boot, tailgate, front doorpods etc).
