99 Clio Bump Strips

Hi there, just wondering how easy is it to remove the bump strips on the front and rear bumpers, and also the sides. And once removed, can they be put back on?

I fancy taking them off and giving them a matte black paint.

yep but be careful when taking them off otherwise you will break the clips
assuming its a 3 door like mine:
-open door slide the rear smaller section of the strip towards the front of the car then it should pull off towards you
-front longer section look behind the stips inside the door at the end off the strip there will be a rubber bung which you have to pop off then there will be a torx screw behind it. once out pull the end of the stip where the screw was towards away from the car then the hole stip should slide towards the back of the car. repeat on other side. job done!

Cheers for that...yes it is a 3 door.
any idea about the plastic strips on the front and rearr bumper?

never tried to take them of you have to take the bumper off then i think they unclip from the inside!
