A buyer...but no deposit??

Basically I have a buyer lined up for my car and he is flying up from London on Saturday morning. I have requested a deposit so I can class it as sold and remove the ads etc. He is saying he will not give me a deposit as he has spent (£110) on a flight ticket for Saturday? :S Surely it would be in his interests to pay a deposit because I can still sell it before he arrives! Also this would safeguard him too because as I have not got a deposit I can still sell in the meantime to anyone who offers me more

IMO, the person who shows the cash in front of you buys the car.

Tell him this and if he really wants it then he'll have to put a deposit down, until then keep advertising the car.

lol, those were my thoughts afterall I have no proof what so ever that he's paid for a flight until he arrives Saturday morning!
