well, had a bit of rattle from the dephaser that steadily got worse over the past few weeks. In the middle of sorting out parts, and a new dephaser, when last night it randomly stopped. All the flat spots in the power delivery I was getting below 3k has also gone with it. Pretty confused, but I'm not taking my chances, and replacing it.
