A few from Castle Combe...

Classic Carnival this weekend at Castle Combe, missed Saturday (and the Saloon carnage) due to a wedding but went along today, still absolutely love the Lotus Cortinas, look so much fun to drive (go sideways more than forward)...

great shot of that E-Type (drifting?)

did anything in particular happen with the Saloon racing? re. 'carnage'

Bit of a shunt off the start line apparently, they only completed 5 laps in total due to incidents (one of the cars put down masses of oil which would have taken far too long to clear). Quite unusual really, apart from those high-profile Mr Norris crashes you don't get too many major shunts in the CC Saloons. Here are the pics...

And yep, the E-Type was quite sideways! Always amazes me how quickly they take that corner but remain in control, especially the Historic cars.
