A few problems 1.5 DCI Clio

i have a couple of problems with my DCI clio these are:

the center dash console which displays the information for the stereo and clock... it does not light up at all so cannot see anything radio stations cd clock tempertature none of that will show. not sure wether a replacement is needed or ....

the second problem is that my fuel gauge does not report when im out of fuel i.e. i broke down a few weeks ago. needle said i had 2 bars of fuel left but i actually had run out. it worked before and i had the fuel light when i was low but now its jsut not functioning correctly. not sure why.

any help or informatino would be excellent. thanks in advance.

Might not be much help but, my dash display was off for about 6 months, couldnt see a thing on it, then on friday night i went over speed hump and suddenly it all came back to life!! its now been on for a week, without so much as a flicker. i can only asume there must be a loose wire somewhere.

bulbs for the clock light x2, top off dash has to come off to fit.

Possible fuel sender fault inside the tank. about 200 squids
