Bad news looks like im going to be in the wrong for this accident, my insurance company said that they have contacted the other persons insurance company and they dint believe that their driver was in the wrong, as she is saying that she didnt have her lights on obv. Today i recieved a call from my insurance saying "unless i an get video eveidence then the other insurance are not even going the entertain the fact that she was driving with no lights on" and the best part is 2 people said she didnt have lights on. GUTTED
