Have you tried iTunes? that should sync your whole iPod to your pc.

Sharepod is best one i have used and i have tried a few. Sharepod does it all easily and sorts into folders well

theres an ipod plugin for winamp that lets you do it.

you can do it manually, but, the songs are named randomly with random numbers and letters...so if you have alot of spare time try it, its free
