A Good Renault Branch!

Canterbury! ive said it before and ill say it again, one of the very very very few good ones!]
Dropped me car in today for the 4k rattle, got a call, sir weve worked out your centre section of exhaust needs to be replaced, weve ordered one, itll be here on tuesday, when would you like it repaired? Rather sheepishly i ask "Saturday???" Not a problem sir, drop her i on sat and well do the job for you in an hour or so. "thank you" oh and btw sir, weve repaired the tilt in your bonnet (this was done a few weeks back i assume by someone drunk fallin on my bonnet and pushing one side in so it tilted) RESULT!

Wish mine was the same, theyve stopped bothering cleaning the cars at my local, and only do what i ask them to fix, and they dont even do that half the time!

Has anyone recieved the latest Renault Magazine? I noticed these new express style service garages Renault are opening, any one used one? It basically just services and looks after Renaults but doesnt sell any. Seems like a good idea to me..

Glenvarigil Dunfermline, need a mention here also. I mentioned to them I had a rattle in my exhaust, they said fine, well order the enitre exhaust for you, so when you come in to get it looked at we can replace it there and then. Turns out it was the centre section, so they sent the rest of the exhuast back to Renault, it only took them 25 mins to replace it to, they let me watch too!
