a question from someone who has no idea

im trying to remember as i don't have the service history and receipts with me at the moment but I believe I have a receipt that has a few items on it that include ''Water pump'' and also a ''full belt kit'' along with some other items, this is quite a pricey receipt and i was just wondering does this mean that the cam belt etc has been done? Probably not, knowing my luck but i literally have no idea what it means.

Certainly sounds like a Cambelt change. Find the receipt and see how much it cost, should be around £500+

Find out who it was done by. There's a few traders known to be good for it and there are probably hundreds of back street garages who can't tell an aux belt from a timing belt.
Sounds like it's probably been done though.
